Whether you’re planning your first stay, have questions about your cat’s individual needs, or need help with an existing reservation, our team is here to help.
Monday - Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Check-In: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Check-Out: 9:00am - 11:00am
Boarding guests receive scheduled care throughout their stay independent of lobby hours. Standard check-in and check-out are available during the designated arrival and departure windows. Arrangements outside these hours require management approval and may be subject to staff availability and additional fees.
